（中央社記者姜遠珍首爾19日專電）南韓總統朴槿惠透過辯護律師團主張，單就媒體提出的質疑來看，如果對崔順實等的參政比例加以量化，則與總統的施政總量相比還不足1%。
朴槿惠的律師表示，國會送交憲法法院的總統彈劾建議案所列舉的5項違憲和8項違法行為均不屬實，並要求憲法法院否決或駁回彈劾審判的請求。
南韓「中央日報」今天報導指出，由南韓國會朝野議員、司法界人士等組成的彈劾審判委員團與工作代理人團於18日在國會舉行雲林信用卡貸款聯席會議，公開朴槿惠方面於16日向憲法法院提出的含有上述內容的答辯書約26頁。他們決定起草意見書，對答辯書進行反駁，最晚於22日提交憲法法院。
朴槿惠方面反駁，即使在施政過程中聽取了崔順實意見並在施政上予以反映，這也是社會觀念上被允許的事情，最終決定還是由朴槿惠總統定奪。
在彈劾理由中，朴總統還就任用崔順實推薦的人士擔當要職、解聘妨礙崔順實牟取私利的高級公務員部分，朴槿惠方面表示，既然朴總統對經法律程序任命的公務員具有最終人事決定權，那麼即使在部分人士任命過程中參考了好友的意見，這也並不屬於濫用公務員任免權。
報導指出，關於Mir財團和K體育財團強行索捐及收受賄賂罪是否成立問題，朴總統方面指出，「沒有強制要求大台南哪裡可以借到錢財閥企業集團向Mir財團和K體育財團出資」，「並沒有在提供一定代價的條件下拜託企業提供資金。」
對於崔順實被稱作「廚房內閣」一事，朴總統方面答覆，所謂「廚房內閣」是指受總統邀請一起吃飯、在飯桌上無所不談的好友，與總統不牽扯任何個人利害關係或政治關係地反映民情的人士。
對於朴槿惠的前述答辯內容，南韓在野黨一致抨擊為「荒唐至極」。1051219
